| We have a group of staff who maintain our record-keeping and renewal payment systems: | |
| Cathy Parnell | who is responsible for maintaining patent records and renewals and is a holder of the Certificate of Patent Administration, having passed the examination with credit. |
| Liz Cappellazzi | who assists Cathy Parnell and who is a holder of the Certificate of Patent Administration |
| (These last two ladies also act as our receptionists and telephonists.) | |
| Laura Green | who handles European patent post-grant formalities and is a holder of the Certificate of Patent Administration. |
| Dawn Martin | who is responsible for maintaining trade mark and design records and renewals and in 2001 she attended the ITMA Formalities Course and was successful in passing the Course examination. |
| Kate Payne | who assists with a wide variety of trade marks matters and has successfully passed the ITMA Formalities Course examination. She also provides assistance in respect of our PR projects, including our brochures and newsletters. |
